Why Work With Me?

I'm your cheerleader, your sounding board, your thinking partner. Someone who is genuinely curious about what's happening inside you, and willing to take the scenic route to get there.

I don't work in straight lines. I use creative and playful tools to help you access what talking alone can't always reach. The result tends to surprise people. Not a neat list of goals and action steps, but a genuine shift. A lighter feeling. A clearer sense of who you are and what you actually want. Insight that feels like it came from somewhere real.

What We Work On Together

Whether you come with a big question or a quiet sense that something needs to shift, we'll dig into what's true for you and build from there.

 

That might look like:

  • Uncovering the patterns and beliefs that have been running the show

  • Finding a fresh angle on something that has felt stuck for a long time

  • Getting honest about what you want and what's been getting in the way

  • Developing a deeper understanding of who you are and how you work

  • Walking away with tools and resources you'll actually use

How I Work:

Coaching takes time to work. That's why I ask clients to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks, enough time to integrate new habits, shift old patterns, and start seeing real change.

Sessions happen by phone or Zoom, and most people meet three to four times a month, in 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions. I also offer 12-week, 6-month, and 9-month packages at a discounted rate.

Your coaching includes weekly or bi-weekly calls, email support between sessions, and tools and resources tailored specifically to you.
