Hi, I'm Raquel
I'm a coach and a creative thinker. That means I'm always looking for the unexpected angle, the sideways entry point, the thing that gently cracks open what feels stuck.
For years, I've worked with people who felt a pull for more. More expression, more play, more honesty about what's actually happening inside them. And what I've seen, again and again, is that talking and thinking can only take you so far. At a certain point, the same thoughts start looping. Insight turns into repetition. Something else has to shift the pattern.
For me, that something else has always been creativity.
It's why I created Discover Your Inner Canvas. I believe creativity is one of the most powerful and most underused ways we have to understand ourselves. It gives us access to what we can't always think our way into.
Photography, in particular, has been one of the most unexpected teachers in my work. When someone sees themselves through a lens held with intention and care, something changes. The inner critic softens. The impulse to judge or fix begins to loosen. For a moment, they're simply seeing, without the usual filter.
That experience reshaped how I understand creative expression as a whole. Because what you create isn't just something you made. It carries your perspective, your patterns, your energy. When you slow down enough to really look at that, you're not just creating. You're discovering something true about yourself.
This space is for people who are ready for more of that.
You don't need to be creative in any traditional sense. You just need a willingness to show up, get curious, and see what unfolds.
