Why Discover Your
Inner Canvas?
Discover Your Inner Canvas is where creative play meets meaningful self-discovery. This is a space I’ve created for you to dive deep into your own story while keeping things light, expressive, and, above all, fun.
As a credentialed coach, I’ve spent years learning how to balance professional insight with the freedom of the creative process. I believe that using creativity as both a path inward and a form of expression allows for a unique kind of problem-solving. True growth happens best when depth and joy are in the same room together, and I’d love to welcome you in to see why.
Is Your Creative Side Calling You?
You might be in exactly the right place if any of this sounds familiar:
-
You miss creating and want to make real time for it again.
-
You want to understand yourself better, but you want the process to feel engaging, not analytical.
-
You want to create alongside other people doing the same thing.
If you read that list and felt even one quiet yes, you belong here.
Two Ways To Show Up:
Whether you come to a workshop online, in a room full of people, or work with me one-on-one, you will create something, learn something, and walk away changed in a way you didn't expect.
Creative Workshops
Facilitated experiences where you create alongside others. You get a prompt, you reflect on it, and you make something that represents what came up. Collage, art journaling, creative writing, mixed media, photography. Playful. Personal. Often surprisingly deep. No experience required.
One-on-One Sessions
Individual coaching sessions where creative and expressive modalities are woven into the work. You bring what you're navigating. The creative process helps us get further into it.
Curious about what's right for you? Reach out and we'll figure it out together.
What Participants Walk Away With:
Every experience at Discover Your Inner Canvas is designed to leave you with something real:
-
Pure Play: Remember the joy of making something just because? We're bringing that back.
-
Real Insight: What you make matters far less than what surfaces along the way. This is self-knowledge that arrives through expression rather than analysis. Honest, clear, and entirely yours.
-
True Belonging: With the people in the room and with yourself. A chance to let go, have fun, and hear what your own inner rhythm has been trying to say.
-
Something to Take Home: A creation made with your own hands and your own instincts, yours to keep, return to, and build from.
Here, you trade perfection for presence, using the act of creating as a doorway to your inner world.
